Delete your account
Send us a deletion request and we will remove your account and personal details from our systems. You will get a confirmation by email once it is done.
What happens next
- We verify the request using the email address you give us below.
- Your name, phone number, email address and saved trip details are deleted within 30 days.
- Records we must keep by law — such as payment receipts and invoices — are retained for the legally required period, then deleted.
- Any trip or booking already in progress is cancelled.
